What this site is — and isn't

This site does not sell anything, and does not process payments, orders, or shipping. It exists to collect feedback about items you've already purchased, to link to our storefronts on third-party marketplaces, and to share occasional blog content.

Separation from marketplace sales

Every purchase from The Second Rack happens entirely on a third-party marketplace — currently Poshmark, Mercari, eBay, or Depop. Each of those marketplaces has its own independent terms of service, privacy policy, payment processing, buyer/seller protections, and dispute-resolution process, none of which are controlled by or the responsibility of The Second Rack. This website is not a party to, and assumes no liability for, any transaction, payment, shipment, or dispute that occurs on a marketplace — those are governed solely by that marketplace's own terms.

If you submit feedback through this site, you're doing so voluntarily. With your explicit consent (asked separately at the time you submit), we may feature your first name and a short quote from your feedback publicly on this site as a testimonial.
